What if my shipping indicates 'delivered,' but I haven't received it?Updated 14 days ago
If your tracking shows “delivered” but you haven’t received your order, don’t worry, it happens occasionally. Start by checking around your delivery area, such as your porch, mailbox, or side entrance. Sometimes carriers leave packages in a secure or hidden spot. Also check with neighbors, as packages are sometimes dropped off nearby by mistake or when you weren’t home.
If it still hasn’t shown up after 24 hours, contact us at [email protected] with your order number and tracking details. We’ll investigate the issue with the carrier and, if needed, we’ll send a replacement right away.
If you're in Europe, it's also common for carriers to leave a note in your mailbox when you're not home — this may include details about a second delivery attempt or a nearby post office where your package is being held for pick-up. Note that post offices typically hold packages for up to one week before returning them to the sender.
