What if my shipment is lost in transit?Updated a month ago
If your order hasn’t arrived and appears lost, don’t worry! we’ll help you sort it out.
Start by checking your tracking link for any updates, delays, or delivery exceptions. If tracking shows your package as delivered but you haven’t received it, check around your delivery area (porch, mailbox, side entrance) and ask your neighbors - sometimes packages are left nearby by mistake. It’s also worth waiting 24 hours, as carriers occasionally scan items as “delivered” before the actual drop-off.
If you’ve done all that and still can’t locate your shipment, contact our support team at [email protected] with your order number and tracking details. We’ll investigate the issue with the carrier.
