How to cancel your monthly subscription:

1. Log in to your account at https://biocollabs.com/a/account/login — no password needed, just your email.
2. Scroll down and click "Go to cancellation page."
3. Complete the short questionnaire and confirm your cancellation.
4. You will receive a confirmation email — please keep this for your records.

Not ready to stop completely? You can also skip a delivery, pause for 60 days, swap products, or update your address, all without canceling or losing your subscription benefits.

On a 3- or 6-Month Commitment Plan? These plans are structured to be followed consistently for the full term you selected, so skip, pause, and cancel become available once that term ends, this is part of what makes the special discounted price possible. Once your term is complete, your subscription automatically continues as a flexible monthly plan that you can adjust or cancel at any time.

Please note that cancellations must be made at least 3 days before your next scheduled delivery to take effect. Once processed, your subscription will be canceled and any applicable refund will be issued within 10 business days.
