How do I cancel my subscription?Updated a day ago

We’re sorry to hear you’re thinking of canceling, but we understand plans and needs can change. 

How to cancel your subscription:

  1. Go to www.biocollabs.com and log in to your customer account
    You can log in without a password using your email.

  2. In your account, scroll down and click on “More”

  3. Select “Cancel subscription”
    You will be redirected to our cancellation page.

  4. On the cancellation page, answer the questions and scroll to the bottom of the page to confirm and finalize your cancellation.

  5. After completing the cancellation, you will receive a confirmation email.
    Please keep this email for your records.


Cancellations must be made at least 3 days before your next scheduled delivery to stop the upcoming shipment. Once processed, your subscription will be canceled, and any applicable refund will be issued within 10 business days.
