How to cancel your subscription:
- Log in to your account at https://biocollabs.com/a/account/login — no password needed, just your email.
- Go to your subscription page.
- Scroll down and click "Go to cancellation page."
- Complete the short questionnaire and confirm your cancellation.
- You will receive a confirmation email — please keep this for your records.
Not ready to stop completely? You can also skip a delivery, pause for 60–120 days, swap products, or update your address — all without canceling or losing your subscription benefits.
Please note that cancellations must be made at least 3 days before your next scheduled delivery to take effect. Once processed, your subscription will be canceled and any applicable refund will be issued within 10 business days.
