Who is the Fatty Liver Protocol for?

The Fatty Liver Protocol is for adults who are concerned about MASLD, metabolic dysfunction associated steatotic liver disease, commonly known as fatty liver disease. This includes people who have been diagnosed, are in the early stages, or may be at increased risk.

It may be relevant for individuals who experience digestive complaints such as poor digestion, heartburn, or irregular bowel movements, and for those without a formal diagnosis who have increased abdominal fat.

Common risk markers include a waist circumference above 102 cm (40 inches) for men or 88 cm (35 inches) for women, which corresponds to a waist to height ratio above 0.53 for men and 0.57 for women.

The protocol is intended to support normal liver and metabolic function and does not replace medical diagnosis or treatment.
