What is your return policy?Updated a month ago

If you change your mind about your Biocol Labs product, you can return your unopened shipment within 14 days of delivery. Email us at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return.

If your order has already shipped, you may refuse delivery when the carrier attempts to deliver it.

For shipments sent with USPS, you can refuse the parcel directly with the postal carrier. If the parcel has already been delivered but remains unopened, mark it as “Refused” or “Return to Sender” and drop it off at your local post office or a blue USPS collection box.


For shipments sent with UPS, OnTrac, Amazon Shipping, CTT or another private courier, refusal and return-to-sender procedures may differ. Please contact our Customer Service team before sending anything back so we can provide you with the correct return address and specific instructions.

Once your return is received and verified at our warehouse, your refund will be calculated as follows: the total order value minus shipping and handling (if applied). To proceed with a refund, please inform us once the return has been initiated. As soon as your tracking details confirm the parcel is in transit, we will process your refund in line with our policy guidelines.
