Here’s how to open your ampoule safely:

- Shake the ampoule well before opening. It’s normal for the liquid to appear uneven before shaking, as the natural ingredients can settle over time.
- Use an ampoule opener, dishcloth, or napkin to protect your hands.
- For extra safety, place a small coffee filter or sieve over your cup while pouring.
- Hold the ampoule firmly with one hand.
- With the other hand, gently but firmly snap off the top at the marked line.
- Tilt the ampoule so the opened end is positioned directly over your cup.
- Snap off the bottom end to allow the liquid to flow smoothly into the cup.
